My stomach has been growling/feeling acidity and I have no appetite..??

I've been having a lot of gas too. My stomach feels like my insides are burning and I'm not having much of an appetite. I thought it was nerves but I'm not really stressed out so whats the problem?? FYI, I got my depo shot about a week ago. I've been on depo for a little over a year and never had any problems. Help please??

Probably because your hungry. That pain means you need food.

I suggest calling your doctor or making an appointment with a GI doctor. They specialize in it.

could it be heart burn? if you've nothing in your stomach then it will produce acid and hence the buring sensation.

It sounds like you have trapped wind or a nasty touch of indigestion.
