I just started school on the 26th of August. Every morning since my stomach has been feeling upset from when I wake up till around my 4th period class (10:30am), which then I get a huge feeling of being hungry. I really haven't thrown up much and have only had diarrhea like once. The sunday before school started I had spicy chicken from Taco Bell and then that night and that Monday, I felt like I had gotten food poisoning, but now it's just gone down to each morning not feeling good. I'm on medicine for Acid Reflux disease because of too much acid in my stomach. Any ideas what's wrong?

p.s. I know I'm not pregnant. I've never done anything; so it can't be pregnancy.

  1. Try eating food like apples or regular chicken or corn or a pear.

  2. You may need to adjust when you are taking your medicine for the acid reflux. Are you eating late at night? it may be helpful to stop eating by 8 pm and then have something to eat as soon as you wake up ie: crackers, toast  and then eat a healthy breakfast. It will also be helpful to have something with you to eat at the halfway point between breakfast and lunch and then again between lunch and the end of the day. Hopefully by adjusting your eating schedule so that your stomach has something to work with every few hours you will start to feel better. If not, consult with your dr. P.S. Taco bell is not a good place to eat for someone with acid reflux. You may need a consultation with a dietition or nutritionist to go over your daily food choices. You may find that your diet is at the root of your acid reflux and by adjusting your food choices and eating healthier smaller portions more frequently you can correct it.
