My stomach really hurts?

My stomach really hurts, its been hurting for a couple of hours now. i cant even stand up straight. it might be gas but im not sure, since gas isnt really relivieng the pain. also i can hear my stomach make these litte movements and i can feel it. also it's not my period and when i eat it really hurts more. what is it

That happened to me once and it turned out I wasn't drinking enough water, you might want to try that for a while. You could also be pregnant or have kidney stone. Those would be my top three guesses. Just in case you should go see a doctor ASAP.

Go to the docter FAST it could be serious( Not trying to scare you).

But you said something is moving inside try drinking water or ginger tea and take a nap. If it continues to hurt then you might wanna see a docter.

it could be kidney stone or appendicitis. Please go see a doctor rightaway. If it is stone the pain gets unbearable. The longer you wait the more worse it becomes.

Go to the emergency room. If it's on the lower right side, it could be appendicitis. Much rather go now and have it diagnosed as something as simple as gas instead of waiting too long and having it end up being your appendix that rupture.
