My stomach right above it makes alot of sounds

after i eat and drink it makes sounds i never herd be4 is that acid reflux or is itserious i do have stomachpain i do worry alot but imwondering if its an ulcer what could it be? esophaguel cancer? soemthimes i have painful swallowing not as bad but im always nervous and worried that im dieing
