My stomach usually hurts after eating school lunch?

never hurts any other time but it's not like i need to puke and i know it is not cramps so what is it?? ( with this school it could be the food)

  1. I get that when I have certain foods.  It could be the preservatives they put in it so it won't spoil, or the amount of sodium.  I would stay away from school lunches because although they are convenient, don't eat something that hurts your stomach.  I would take something with you to school, even if it isn't a sandwich, maybe yogurt or crackers or something so you don't go hungry.  You'll also save a lot of money too this way because you won't be spending money on food you don't eat

  3. You could have an allergy to something in the food. Or you could be eating too much. Call your doctor or ask the school nurse about what it could be.

  4. additives and preservatives have been linked to many health conditions from school foods.
