    More info plz :P What do you mean sapped? Like just today? Overall?


  2. See a doctor to have your blood tested. You could be anemic. You may need a higher Iron intake.

  3. You probably have been running too hard for too long. When our body gets worn out we tend to get depressed and lack energy. This is the body's way to MAKE you rest more. So, if possible give in to the desire for more rest.

    Sometimes overworked and depressed people also find it hard to sleep long enough and it all turns into a viscous cycle.

    There are many medical reasons that can make you feel fatigued, like lack of iron, hypoglycemia, thyroid problems, adrenal gland problems. So, your best bet is to go and get a thorough check-up.

    In the mean time, stay away from caffeine and refined sugar. Eat a healthy diet, do a bit of exercise, preferably walking out in the fresh air.

    Before you go to bed drink an herbal "sleepy time tea" to help you relax better.  

  4. Try sleeping more hours a day. Eat healthy and exercise daily that should help a lot.
