My sub has svc but yet there is 4 connectors, all right next to each other, as far as i can tell. its only ?

2 wires going into the center of the sub there, do they sumtimes do this just thinking you might need the extra juice or did they s***w up and send a dual voice coil sub? like isaid it only looksl ike single wires running into the center though, do i have to hook all 4 up or just 2, thank you!

The extra terminals are meant to make it easier to connect additional subwoofers in a shared box.  If it's a single voice coil sub, then you really only need to connect your wire to one set of terminals.
