My submit info to signmy web site is not working I keep getting an tos version 1?

I cannot sign in my web site at the submit payment field it keeps repeating tos version 1 I have tried to submit my mastercard twice I hope I will not be charged twice because it the page will not accept my mastercard submit, I do not know what tos version 1 invalid means ca you please help. thank you barbarajean
