My suitcase attaches the lock. But when I set any number, it will open at anytime.?

Can you tell me how to set the lock on my suitcase.

So it will not open at any number.

I set the number and pused red lever to the back to lock.

Still it is not working.

Can you help please.

My suitcase is hard suface outsise, and cost is not expensive.

I can't help you on setting the lock, but if you are going on a plane or something, just tape up your suitcase.  If it's the kind I'm imagining, then a zip tie won't work...but thats something to keep in mind if you can make it work.  OR...you might have to get a new suitcase.  Duffel bags are inexpensive and easier to manage, in my opinion.
