...to tell her to please just leave them in my cubby instead of postinig it big in plain sight? This pisses me off and is so unecessary. She post notes about things I must do/need to do.

  1. Ya ask her to put them away, I would be annoyed too

  2. You are probably a fairly sensitive individual which she may not be. I wonder about her ability to re-learn to put the notes in your cubby ...you could tell her that you prefer instructions/incoming stuff to go in your cubby but I think she'd forget and just keep doing it ...she's probably got other, more worrying, things on her mind. I'm afraid it might be something that you have to find a way of accepting.

    The notes are not a criticism of you, they're just a communication of office business. She probably thinks they're a great, fast way of sharing ideas without calling a meeting. Maybe you feel they're a giant flashing sign of your supervisor's lack of faith in your ability to remember to get things done ...it's all in the way you think about it

    You could try saying something like "can you put all my notes in my cubby ...That's where I look for my to-do things ...it would be a big help, thanks"

    Good luck ...but I kinda think it's a habit by now (c;
