  1. You need to shock it good, first to kill all of the algae.  Then get some of that Super Concentrated Clarifier.  We get ours from Wal-Mart.  It is in a tall bottle and the clarifier is blue in color.  It will clear up your clouds in no time.

  2. Need to take a sample of your pool water to your pool supplier and have it tested  this will tell you what you are missing or have to much of and the supplier will be able to sell you what you need.

    Some reasons for----

    1)Inconsistent Chlorination

    2)Dead algae

    3)LIVE ALGAE

    4) Pump over sized for sand filter

    5)Pump not running long enough

    6)Calciumhypochlorite

7)Adding sodium bicarbonate and calcium chloride at the same time

    8) To much alkalinity increser

    9) Overdose of calcium increaser

    10) Sodium-ph increaer

    11)ph has drifted to high

    12) Saturation index is to high

13)Pool water not replaced in 5 years

    14)Iron/manganese in fill water

    15)High calcium in fill water

There are so many reasons this can happen so really should take a sample in and do this at least once every 2-3 months to keep pool water in check
