wat difference will it make to my body?

i am a 13 year old girl n rather short n fat for my age!

i swim 6 days a week n free style!

  1. With swimming only freestyle, you'll probably build great endurance and strength before you notice any weightloss. Butterfly is a good stroke to practice because it works your abs more than freestyle. I would not try and do  20 laps of butterfly right away because it would definetly burn. Start off with one lap then gradually build.

  4. Hey thats awesome! Swimming is so good for you! keep at it. I suggest you get on a team of some sort just so you can keep yourself going and have fun while your at it. I am 18 and a competative swimmer and I don't know what i would do without it.

    Eating healthy is what really keeps you in shape though :).

    Ps. all the cute boys are swimmers by the time you get to my age ;) {since they are in such good shape}
