  1. just focus on the ball, keep your eye on it. make sure you dont get on top of it or all your gonna do is ground out. keep your swing level and whatever you do dont swing up. go to the batting cages or get someone to pitch to you and practice. if you practice you will get better.

  2. keep your elbow up, don't swing down swing level. Go to the batting cages and hit some balls and see how you are doing.

  3. No, I can't help...

  4. use a tee and use just your bottom hand, grab your shirt with the top hand and swing level onto the tee slowly to get it down then speed it up then use both hands. make sure you fully extend and roll your hands

  5. Do you stand open. closed, or neutral. If you have a tee set it up a little above your chest and really try to get down and through the ball from the top half. Doing this will cause the ball to have backspin and allow it to rise. Make sure you squish the bug. That drill will allow you to get on top of the ball. Also you don't want to hit get under as well. That's a good drill and another is a one hand drill. You can go buy a t-ball bat or just choke up on your bat about to the top of the grip and really try to get down and throw the ball. Another drill for when your bored is stick your hand out straight out at a 90 degree angle and using you other hand you want to come down on your hand. Its ok to have a level swing, but when it comes back to feeling level it will start to come downward on the ball hitting the top half of the ball and it having back spin. Good Luck.

  6. keep your own swing keep it level dont try too hard.
