  1. Check ur anti virus software settings.  U must use McAfee and added Phishing patch. U might using newer version of windows on older generation of hardware. Windows XP on P3 computer.

  2. This behavior may occur if you try to start any of the programs included in Office on a computer where the paging file value setting is too low.

1.Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

2.In the System Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab.

3.In the Performance pane, click Settings.

4.In the Performance Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.

5.In the Virtual memory pane, click Change.

6.Change the Initial size value and the Maximum size value to a higher value, click Set, and then click OK.

7.Click OK to close the Performance Options dialog box, and then click OK to close the System Properties dialog box.

  3. You seem to under a spyware attack, get a good anti-virus and spyware check done.

  4. If this happens a lot then Go to

    >Start >My Computer. Right click on My Computer and go to properties.

Go to Advanced >Virtual Memory settings >Advanced > Virtual Memory >Change

For each drive set a custom size (Its a good idea to follow the recommended settings but if the error happens frequently then increase it). Press SET. Then Okay. That should solve the problem.

  5. why is every answer on this site "you have a virus or spyware?"

your issue is not caused by either , it is casused because your system is running to many programs for your current  Ram to handle as a buffer windows allocates part of the systems hard drive ( yes i said hard drive ) into a virtual memory commonly known as a paging file this over slow buffer allows windows to keep from crashing , when too much of this virtual memory is used the message your getting is displayed

  6. First, you may want to run a good anti virus scan and a couple of good anti spyware scans.  After that I would take a look at the size of your system's paging file.  You may need to increase it.

    ---------------------------

If a computer running Windows requires more memory/RAM then there is installed in the system to run a program, etc, it uses a small section of the hard drive for this purpose.  This is called “Virtual” memory, or “Swap Filling”.  If the “Swap” file is to small, then you will get a warning that the system can’t perform the operation that you have requested because sufficient  ÃƒÂ¢Ã‚€ÂœVirtual” memory isn’t available.

You need to enlarge the size of your “virtual memory/swap file”.  So, do the following.

Right click “My Computer” and choose “Properties”.

In the “System Properties” window, click the “Advanced” tab.

    Under “Performance”, click “Settings”.

In the “Performance Options” window, click “Advanced”.

    Under “Virtual memory”, click “Change”.

Increase the size of the “Paging file” so that it is at least twice the size of your RAM.  You can increase the size to “Maximum”, it won’t hurt your system at all.

    Best cure.

If you really want to eliminate this problem, all you need do is to install more “Memory/RAM”.
