My t.v. will not power up or turn on

Question

Once I turned off my t.v. it won't turn back on. I've checked one fuse and it didn't seem blown. is there any other fuses? It worked great until this. I usually leave the t.v. on all night when i'm at work. i've been doing this for about 2 or 3 months and then one morning i turned it off and that was it,nothing more.
