My tap water is white and cloudy?

should i be drinking this?

the cleaners say, oh just let it settle and you should be fine drinking it. this doesn't fill me with confidence.

its white and cloudy. very cloudy. it does settle after a while but i never feel comfortable drinking it.

thoughts?
