My taskbar will not go back to the bottom of the page?

my taskbar is stuck on the top of the page how do I get it down?

Right click on it and unlock. Click on an empty spot on the bar not at the edge and drag to the bottom. Right click and lock.

Your taskbar could be locked, right click it then uncheck "Lock the Taskbar", now drag the taskbar to the bottom of your screen then lock it again to prevent it moving.
