My teacher gave me a disk to copy onto my computer but dont know how-please help!?

My science teacher gave me a science disk to copy onto my hard drive but I cant figure out how can someone please tell me how to put this onto my hard drive without having to use the CD every time-THX

When it comes up with the files to open right click and click save as and save it wherever you want
