Question:

My teacher has gone on a leave and had asked me to complete d work with the class.but i could not do it....?

as the periods were arranged with another teacher but still i could have managed it...she might ask for notebooks now...what should i do?

  1. Tell the truth as unpleasant as it may be.


  2. As the previous post said, you have to tell her even though it will be unpleasant. Taking responsibility for your actions (or inactions) isn't always pleasant. She may be disappointed in you for not doing it or even disappointed in herself for giving you independent work that you were not able to do...but either way, the work has to be addressed.

    Once you have it out in the open with her and come up with a plan on how to proceed, you'll feel better. Consider this part of the learning experience.

  3. You need to fess up and make up the work if it is possible.  It is your fault that you did not do it; put on your big girl pants and accept the consequences.
