What can I give him as a remembrance? What song or poem can I dedicated to him? Can you give some?! And can you give some advice to forget his kindness to us.. He is really very kind and very funny when he teaches us.. That is what I will miss about him..

  1. As a teacher, I can tell you little notes my kids have written to me over the years are my treasures. It doesn't have to be a perfect work of art - something from your heart will mean more than you know. I am sure he will miss you all too.

  2. You and your classmates can buy one of those super, over-sized cards from the Hallmark store and each sign a special message inside. Believe me, teachers love personal gifts like that. They cherish them forever! :)

When our favorite teacher left, we dedicated Carole King/James Taylor's song "You've Got a Friend" to her. She loved it. :)

  3. Instead of copying a poem or song, why don't you write a letter stating what you said here, how much you appreciate his kindness, like the way he treated his class, etc.  and have everyone from the class sign the letter.  He would appreciate that so much

  4. If your classmates feel the same way, take up a collection to buy a big card with a nice sentiment you can agree on, and have everyone sign it. Including a picture of all of you wishing him well would be a nice touch.
