it is a specific way of organizing especially regarding quotations, foot notes, references ... mainly you write the composition they way you usually would but the be careful to follow guidelines .... many good sources on the net

It is a specific form of research writing that is use by the non scientific field of academia as apposed to APA which is used mostly by the Scientific field  If you start at the website below you may be able to find a down loadable guide that just lets you plug in your work in the proper slot.

Have fun I find APA much easier and less tiresome
