My teen aged sim loves to paint and i really want her to have an art Carree how can i get her the Carree?

I'm not joking my sim loves to paint and i really want her to have a art Carree but i cant find it on the newspaper or on the computer how do i find it?

If you have the University expansion pack, if you send them there, they have more careers open up to them when they leave. She can even do an Art degree!

But this is Sims 2 now, I don't remember much of Sims 1.
