If you just go to a grocery store in the isle where toothpaste is there are tons of whitening aids. You should try a whitening toothpaste and crest whitestrips. OR...If you really want to spend the money your dentist can do it, it's just expensive.

make sure you brush your teeth and floss. If you go to any grocery store they have many toothpastes. You should get the whitening toothpaste. Also, instead of mouthwash, i saw this product made by crest. Its like mouthwash except instead of killing bad breath it whitens teeth so you may be interested in that.
