My teeth are really really yellow!!!?

i don't smoke or drink coffee or anything like that i'm only 13.........what can i do to whiten them, and are there any ways that aren't really expensive too? thanks SO much for your help! =D

Hey! Okay well visiting the dentist is great because he will probably polish your teeth professionally and that's as clean as it gets! Also mouth wash, flossing, and brushing your teeth help lots. And white strips aren't too expensive and help too.

Seeing the dentist is a good idea.

Ask your parents about perhaps getting whitening tooth paste. If your drink allot of orange juice or squash that will contribute.

Another idea will probably scare your parents but, smokers toothpaste is great for removing color from your teeth as it washes off any color stains on your teeth.

Listerine has a teeth whitening formula that you can try.

Also, try using baking soda in your toothpaste. Colgate has a product with baking soda.

If you are still troubled, you can always see a dentist which is the best person to get advice from on this issue.

Of course, there are things like Crest White Strips, but also you could brush your teeth with peroxide and/or baking soda.  Those are good ways to whiten your teeth.

Ask your dentist - he or she can whiten them for you, or recommend an at home whitening kit.

There is toothpaste that you can buy at stores that you leave on your teeth and they whiten them it works really good i have used it for many of years and my teeth are really white just look around at any store

a. brush your teeth a whole lot.

b. try to scrape the yellow off with your fingernail; it actually helps.

c. if you have like 20 bucks, you can get good whitestrips.

That's kind of young for really yellow teeth.  It's something worth asking about at your next cleaning.  

In the mean time, try Crest White Strips.  I've found they work great!

well, u can pay alotttaa $$$ to get them really whitened by the dentist. but don't. at least not now since you're only 13.

It sounds like you might be lacking something in your diet. Try drinking milk or maybe  you need floride in your diet. My dad always use to tell me to brush with baking soda or peroxide.

are you drinking pop? like root beer, coke, diet coke, pepsi, etc? cause that's maybe why. well even then your teeth shouldn't be yellow. have you been brushing them? maybe go to a dentist. and see whats up cause that sounds kinda weird to me.
