I don't drink tea, wine, or anything. Could it be the Fluridex RX Toothpaste I'm using? It's 1.1 Sodium fluoride. I use it twice a day and rinse with Listerine about 4x a day after meals. Why are my teeth brown between each, spreading to my front teeth! Help!

  1. see a dentist!

  2. Possible explainations could be smoking or improper cleaning method.

  3. If it is only near the gumline it is probably tartar buildup. You need a good cleaning by a hygienist. The brown stains can be removed with a product you can order from drugstore.com called staiNo tooth stain eraser.

  4. Ask your dentist, he could do a whitening and or prescribe a special toothpaste.

  5. i think using listerine is a bit too much

    once or twice is enough

try changing your toothpaste and floss

wait a bit and see what happens

  6. idk..but thats kinda nasty..you should get that checked out.

  7. Ok..well i can explain the green..stop using Listerine and try using crest pro health mouthwash..it's clear. Sometimes Listerine would turn my teeth a slight green..but the brown i can't explain..use "Crest Toothpaste" or if you want something natural "Tom's Toothpaste". Oh and for whitening i've been using the target off-brand white strips..they work awsome! Oh and pick me as best answer lol!! =D

  8. Ick.

  9. yea the sexiest beep alive..with brown teeth lmao
