Question:

My teeth aren't in really bad condition. Should I go for invisalign?

My teeth slightly overlap in one place for the upper set and 2 in my lower set. However, they're pretty minor and not too noticeable. I also have a bit of an overbite.

Should I try invisalign? If so, how much will they cost if you live in CA?

Thanks!

  1. :P getting Invisalign in a few weeks. Costed about mabye... 3000? Don't remember. But if they're not too noticeable, then just ignore it. Noone's perfect, unless you pay.

  2. At least check out the cost- it might be cheaper if you're not too ugly.

  3. You can try Invisalign, but your usage of them will determine how much of a difference you see. What that means is, unlike traditional wire and bracket braces, you can remove the Invisalign at any time (and you will have to during eating and drinking) - so it will be up to you to keep the tray in so it can work properly.

The prices for these vary from office to office, but you can expect to pay at least $3,000 depending on how long you will need them. You will have different trays that you will use - for example, your first tray will only move your teeth slightly, then you'll be given a new tray that will move them more, and so on.

It can get pricey, but I have seen some beautiful work using those. Good Luck!

  4. yea

  5. If it doesn't really bother you then you're gonna have to compare and see if the price is worth it. Nothin wrong with slightly imperfect teeth. Perfect teeth look unnatural sometimes..

  6. I have invisalign and my teeth are messed up bigtime so it'll probably work for you too.
