everyonce in a while, (o and this has happened to me my whole life) my bottom front teeth will get this weird feeling in them. it's almost like a "spine-chill" in my teeth.... it will go on for hours or days, but it doesn't hurt just feels odd, and then it goes away for a long time (months, maybe about a year. its different everytime) sometimes it helps to tap them with the tips of my finger nails, but it comes back....

  1. It is actually nerves. I have this sensation if I eat something sour. I also have a similar sensation under my chin and have to take my finger and press it on the nerve and can feel it relax.

  2. attrition & worn out & approaching the nerve causing sensitivity. use desensitizing tooth paste, if it does not help, you need to get a root canal treatment done.
