My teeth???????????????????

okay i'm 15........and when i was 8 i had this fake teeth.but then they came out......and now that i'm looking in the mirror my seems to be getting loose it is the tooth right beside the two front teeths and when i push backa nd forth and it moves or at least i think......if it falls is it going to gorw back out???/
