So , I am asking the same Q . again . . .

How do I record the messages , which are in my

Digital Ans . Machine . . .

I am desperate , to save my very intimmate / loving

Messages ., for permanent collection .

Please Help . . .! ! ! .. .. .

I assume you are not experienced enough to extract the voices directly from your phone.

What you can do is to simply get an MP3 player/recorder. Place the MP3 recorder near the phone speaker. Press the record button then play the messages from your answering machine. Got the idea?

I have never heard of an answering machine with an audio output connector.  That's what's need to transfer the aufio.  However,  you could use a microphone attached to your computer.  When wanted to archive some of my sons calls, I used the built-in microphone from my pocket pc, then saved the .wav file to my computer.
