i rented to her but she has become a problem.I live in upstate ny and i'm evicting her.I thought she was a friend but it has been nothing but problems. She is on welfare,i haven't received any rent in two months, and she had her boyfriend move in with her illegally. But i never took a security deposit because i was trying to help her.But now the help is over.So can i legally make her liable for all costs incurred for the window repair?also she has a piece of junk car in my garage i want out,can i tell her to move it?and if she leaves it after she moves can i dispose of it,and how?

  1. Get rid of her and absorb the cost. You can't get blood from a stone. You could take her to small claims court but good luck on getting the money back. You must be a m*******t if you wish to consider continuing this relationship any longer.
