My tendons Hurt in my Ankle

Ok so my feet have been in freezing cold water yesterday and this morning where my ankle is: it hurts

its a pain that comes and goes and hurts

my sister said that its where the tendons are

what could be the problem???

something to go to the doctor to??

  1. It might be planter fascitious or however you spell it. Its when the bones in your feet grow faster than your tendons and it causes them to hurt. you can get special insoles for your shoe to help it.


  2. YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A ORTHOPEDIC DOCTOR IT COULD BE YOUR PLANTAR OR DORSAL MUSCLES. AND COULD BE SOMETHING MORE SERIOUS SO PLEASE MAKE THAT APPOINTMENT. HOPE THIS HELP FOR NOW USE HEAT 3 TIMES A DAY AND EXERCISE IT BY POINTING YOUR TOES TO THE CEILING FOR 30 SECONDS AND THEN PLANT YOUR FOOT TO THE FLOOR FOR 30 SECONDS DO THIS 3 TIMES A DAY MAKE SURE YOU TAKE SOME MOTRIN FOR THE PAIN. HOPE THIS HELPS
