My text messages aren't going through to people outside my plan???

Question

I have verizon wireless (LG Chocolate Phone).

Ever since this morning my phone isn't fully sending text messages to people.

When it sends there is a green check mark in a box but what its doing now theres only a green arrow pointing upward.

Has anyone had this problem?

I've tried to restart my phone and everything.

PLEASE HELP!

have u tried more then one person? if there phone is off then they wont recieve the message till its back on again.

just because the check is not there dont mean that they didnt receive the text.

i know because i was on verizon and not all my sent messages had the check there. more than likely you wont have the check mark there if they are not on your network.

if they are on your network and they havent receive the text yet is cause of their phone is off, not receiving texts, or in a bad area.

the green arrow pointing upward means the text is pending delivery if they are on your network.
