I'm in a super small Master's program and my original thesis chair is leaving for a different university. My current chair's wife is going through chemo so, I'm not getting an guidance whatsoever and I have asked several times. He keeps telling me, "next week...". It's been a month since I gave him to look over my proposal. My other two committee members have already given me their feedback. I don't know what to do! Any suggestions? There is no other option for a chair since my current one is the only one who specializes in my topic.

  1. Tell him/her you have some new information that you need to go over.  Make sure to schedule a meeting so the chair can't back out or doesn't forget.
