  1. Thats why you stretch before you run. If you just run with tight thighs then you might rip or tear something.

  2. try stretching after you run, or in between runs (if u dont already), it helps to relax muscles and well, stretch them out to be more flexible.

  3. Stretch before you run

  4. You're stretching and warming up so tightness isn't really a problem. Just make sure you don't go all out before the major run because it is just a warm up.

  5. You are running without stretching. First do a little 50% jog. Then do one a few of these stretches. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/stretche... After running, do these stretches again. If you disregard this, it may lead to injury in the future

  6. have you stretched before and after you run?

if you dont your muscles wont have time to loosen up

or cool down and that can make them tight

  7. Its really important to stretch before and after you run or you will get muscle cramps when you start running or be sore after you're done.

  8. like everyone said..you need to stretch

butterfly stretch will most likely end it
