My throat hurts all the time..?

in the back of my throat; towards the top, it hurts everyday; not like a sore throat, it's just reall uncomfortable. why is that?

I don't think anyone can really answer this question without more details . You may have an infection or your tonsils  and they are many more factors that can cause you you to have a sore throat . If your throat is sore constantly you should be seeking the advice and an examination from a licence practitioner for a proper prognosis on the condition of your throat . I hope you get well soon .
