My thumb hurts help!!!!

Question

help my thumb hurts really bad.It hurts my where its connected to my hand but on the side kinda on my palm. Help. It randomly started hurting and i cant text! haha but yeah it hurts! HELP!

well is it broken or you might of straighted it i would suggest laying off the texting for now and just let it rest for a while.

I have the exact same thing!! So weird but it's both thumbs and it's gotten so bad I can't open bottles or pinch things with my thumbs anymore.  My Dr. says it's the beginning of arthritis in my hands apparently the first place you usually notice it is in your thumbs...and no I am not elderly...lol...seriously I feel your pain!

Its probably occurring from overuse....ie texting too much, take a break!
