My thumb still looks weird?

I jammed or sprained my thumb in January, and ever since its been bigger then the other thumb. Why is this?

did the same thing, having surgery on it, if it's visibly swollen then it could be the ligament which has been torn/snapped.

Go to a hand clinic or your minor injuries department. if after treatment, keep going back. I did, and now I'm getting it fixed, two years after injuring it.
