  1. I canot beleave my eyes that someone besides me has one of these "White Witches" any how that should be a smooth fix.remove the side gear with the three bolts from the lower unit. This will allow the motor to spin free.Leave the smaller gear on the trim unit. What you should find is that it is still binding .If the shaft is not bent on the worm gear inside the trim houseing. If it is still binding remove the smaller gear it is held inplace with a lock ring slide it off the shaft,Then remove the 4 bolts from the trim houseing the (round case)Portside of the outdrive. It is filled with 90 weight oil about a cup should leak out that will have to be replaced.inside you will see the round clutch pack for the trim unit slide the outter gold collar out first then slide the cluch pack out it is snapped ringed it will not fall apart only a washer behind it is lose.once out try your motor it should work the problem is the seal behind the smaller gear it also centers the shaft from the weight of the lower unit there are two back to back. Both go in from the outside and the inner balance seal is on the inside the washer back there holds it in place. If you need any more help fill free to email me capt_terry@yahoo.I
