My toddler has a white horizontal curved line on her thumb,and a few white spot on two of her other fingers?

Does anyone know what it means?

Generally when I get the white dots on my nails, it's where i have banged my finger (closed it in the desk drawer, etc) and it bruised the nail bed.  I've heard that it's a calcium deficiency, but not sure how true that is

does she eat plenty of dairy food and drink milk?

try increasing these. it worked for me
