  1. you may take a homeopathy supplement ---sil  6x  ---  4 tablets  chewed once a week.

  2. talk to a doctor

  3. This worked for me, I used to get ingrowing toenails all the time. Take a very small piece of cotton wool, twist it to make it thin, the slip it under the corners of the nail and leave it there. You can trim off any excess if necessary. This will cause the toenail to grow without cutting into your skin. I have not suffered since.

  4. Is the nail grow back with some discoloration or thickness? If yes, it can be a fungus.  If your nail grow back it will smaller than it was before.  If you get ingrown (it will hurt really bad).

What you can do to reduce the pain, put a couples of drops of any oils of you choice (on the ingrown area) and massage it for a couples of minutes.

    Manicurist

    Esthetician

    Aromatherapy

    Reiki Healer

    Lash Extension

  5. Run an small probe under it each day so the edge doesn't start digging in.
