Whenever I play in a long volleyball tourney my toes hurt at the end. It isn't all of them just usually the middle ones and sometimes I got blisters on them. What can I do to stop that from happening?

  1. either get bigger shoes or wear two pairs of socks to cushion your toes

  2. Wut kind of volleyball r u playing?!?!? I dunno!!!

  3. Check to see if your shoes are to tight - especially at the toes - you can put a bandaid on the ones that get blisters (before you get the blisters - will help protect your toes)!@

  4. You may need a shoe with a bigger toe box.  A shoe sales person should be able to tell you what brand and style.

  5. it depends if your playing on the sand or in just a regular court...cause the sand might be hurting your toes from all the blocks and movements that your doing against a rough material like sand. Try not to push down on them too hard and try to lightly and not hard and forceful move around the court, that might make a difference.

  6. it happens

  7. stop playing volleyball

  8. is the sand to hot

  9. buy bigger shoes

  10. well let them hurt you can't stop them......they have a mind of their own.
