My toilet is clogged with toilet paper?

okay my toilet has been clogged for like 2 days now, and its clogged with only toilet paper. The water drains really fast and the water level always goes back to normal but i've been plunging for 2 days now and it won't unplug! it won't flush! i don't have any idea whats wrong but the toilet plunger is obviously not working, i don't have any wired hangers, i can't get a snake or auger thing, so how can i get my toilet unplugged? and most of all WHATS WRONG WITH IT??? please, please, please help me.

See question: do americans flush toilet paper. You should never have done that. That's what waste baskets are for. Besides, it is much more ecological.
