  1. Is it flowering? Is it indoors? Does it get sunlight? Is the soil good? Are you over or under watering?

    If it is getting flowers, then they are not being pollinated. (you can't have babies without it) You can do it yourself, but I have never tried it. Otherwise you need some bugs! Preferably butterfly's.


  2. probably had to much nitrogen, all leaf and no flowers, maybe not to late to give some potash which will get flowers on the way

  3. In Texas, the problem with tomatoes is the heat.  The plant may be healthy but the pollen goes bad with the hot weather.
