  1. It's quite normal........ you probably sleep with your mouth opened.

A mouth wash is a great way to get rid of it as well and kills bacteria.

  2. You probably sleep with your mouth open. Saliva mixes with air and ta da. That's what it looks like. Get a toothbrush with a tongue scraper on the back. They're quite handy. Using mouthwash in the morning after you brush helps too.

  3. could be candida.  There are lots of web sites about it, just put 'white tongue' as a search on yahoo.  it has lots of suggestions.

  4. It could be any of the reasons mentioned above, but it could also be oral thrush, it leaves you with a white film on your tongue. does it go away for the rest of the day after you clean it or does it come back during the day, if it comes back it could be thrush.

  5. Basically, its a dried saliva, plaque and lots of bacteria.

  6. It's normal, don't worry about it. Brush your teeth, tongue and the rest of your mouth before going to bed and use a rinse and it might help.
