My tongue is bleeding after I brushed my teeth (tongue). I never experienced this before. There is just a hint of blood on my toothbrush and when I spit in the sink. Should I be concerned?

  1. It's your gums that are being affected. The tongue should not be bleeding after brushing your teeth. The reason why it is your gum, is because your gums are not healthy. When you brush your teeth, and your gums are unhealthy, then you experience blood. If you're brushing your teeth and this still happens, go to a dentist and let him/her help you what is going on.

Like I said, why you are bleeding from your teeth is because:

    1. Gums are damaged.

    2. Gums are unhealthy.

  2. Is it your tongue that's bleeding, do you know for sure? It may be your gums. You could be brushing too hard or experiencing the early effects of gum disease. Best keep an eye on it.

  3. Maybe its not your tongue that's bleeding, it could be your gums, you probably brushed them too hard.

  4. it may be because you're brushing too hard. try brushing more gently or use a softer toothbrush.

    hope i helped :)
