  1. Your is a very simmilar situation my Girlfriend's.

My girlfreind is also pregnant with our third Child & also has tooth ache. She is 19 years old slim tall and very Pretty & same age as me so i dont belive age or health has anything to do with tooth pain though many dentist's have said being slim tall and very Attractive makes you confident, happy, you have a great life, relationships, marriage, careers etc, also your Immune System stronger and gives less stress so infections are rear.

I belive its what you eat, when pregnant u tend to eat sweet stuff and that might be leading to a tooth pain or infection.

If you dentist says there is no infection then how do u know it is? either the dentist is being negligant or you are just paranoid.

Try to brush your teeth before bed, use Listerine but if it's still there then u have to explain to the dentist or tell them u might make a complaint. They have to treat u, dont be gullable and weak minded, be tough, dentist can never turn u away from pain, if they do then they have lost their job.

  2. Is your cleanings up to date? Sometimes even the smallest irritants under the gums can cause infections during pregnancy. Next, have they checked the tooth for vitality? If the tooths nerve has died for an unknown reason it can look perfectly fine and be dead and get infected. You will probably require antibiotics unless it is a gum abscess in which case a good cleaning and some mouthwash may be needed. Clove oil applied to the tooth can help, but don't get it on your gums or tongue b/c it will burn. Hydrogen peroxide rinses for gum problems can be much more helpful than other rinses. Swish prior to bed, spit, do not rinse/eat/drink for at least 30 minutes.
