haha been there! done that! what i did was took a paper towl, grabbed the tooth and YANKED it out XD hurt a bit

get a tissue and just squeeze in between the tooth and the gum and it should just pop out, but don't irritate it

Go to the dentist and tell them it hurts. They can look at it and decide if they want to pull it out. Then they'll give you novocaine or whatever, and it will come out in a snap.

You can take floss and put it behind the tooth and cross the ends and pull. I watch children for a living and a girl I watch begged me to pull her tooth as it was hurting her. So that is what she did. She said that it did not hurt.
