My tooth next to my front on the right tooth hurts when i touch it?

when i touch this tooth it hurts and it feels like it can wiggle i need help if you help ill choose you best answer!!!!

Mine does this and i went to my dentist as i was worried it was falling out but he said to me its just because your teeth are shifting to accomodate the wisdom, could this be the same as you?

What i would do though to be on the safe side is visit your dentist he will be able to tell you for sure what is going on and if its anything he will be able to treat you. But i just think this is due to your teeth shifting as your jaw grows to accomodate the wisdom tooth.
