did you mean to only put 10?  12 drivers make the chase.  i'd say ryan newman is a little iffy - i'd guess harvick before newman, but either way... and i wouldn't be surprised to see either kenseth or kurt make it as well.  kurt made a heck of a comeback last year, and kenseth is always lurking in the wings...(he and johnson are the only two drivers to make ALL of the chases so far).  other than that, great choices IMNSHO.

donna c, i agree, "as long as smoke rises in the end"... and it will, from kyle's tires while he does burnouts in homestead. ;-)

I agree with your choices, but wouldn't it be interesting if the #8 team made it on owners points? They're only 14th right now, but the way Mark's been driving, he could put it in the top 12, and Aric has shown some potential to help hild them steady.

I know it probably won't happen, but how would NASCAR handle that situation?

Nope, sorry you forgot to put Kyle Busch in last and Jr. in first I can't agree at all. Hamlin and Stewart 2-3? Edwards first? Edwards gets too many penalties and fails too many postrace inspections to win a championship. Jeff Gordon, Biffle, Burton, Johson is about right. I don't think Newman will make it. Or Kahne.

I agree with everyone except Newman, I would put Clint Bowyer in there since you asked top 10. In the top 12 Newman still doesnt make it but Truex Jr and Kasey Kahne round out my prediction for the top 12.
