My top and bottom computer tool bars keep disappearing?

How can I resolve this.

Make sure they are not set to autohide

Right click taskbar>properties and remove tick from auto hide the taskbar.

You could also try going to start>Run (or just start in windows vista) and type explorer.exe

If it started recently, do a system restore from a few days before it started happening.  That should help.

To get tool bars back

1. CTRL+ATL+DELETE

2. New task

3. Type "explorer"

4. Click Ok

do a system restore go back to a date before the problem started all programs accessories system tools system restore if you do not have the tool bar on the bottom press the windows key on your keyboard (second left) and you can continue from there hope this helps

You could be infected with malware where you will start to loose windows, click on task manager > performance, check if the number is a stable one
